9 years ago J&C Garage Doors And Gates installed a complete replacement door and opener. It has worked flawlessly, until last night. Came home to find one of the springs finally broke. I made a call to them this morning at 8am, and I had technician Matt out by 2pm! I went ahead and had them replace both springs and he performed a tune up on the door. It’s like new again. My garage door was acting up. Of 4 garage doors suppliers in Syracuse that looked at my system, J&C Garage Doors And Gates was the only one that determined the age of my door and springs and recommended NOT replacing them. They installed a new belt-driven motor, sensors, outdoor keypad, indoor button, and lubed the door in about an hour. And they provided 2 new remotes. I was sure no one would be able to come out until the following day. My wife found J&C Garage Doors And Gates phone number online so i gave them a call.
